Due to the nature of research and data products, which involve substantial upfront work in data collection, analysis, and report generation, all payments are non-refundable once a report has been delivered or a monitoring period has begun.
If you are dissatisfied with a delivered report, contact us and we will work to address your concerns, which may include revisions, additional analysis, or credit toward future services at our discretion.
